Freek looks calm and satisfied, like if they bring us their happiness. I like how you used the colors. The shading is varied and pleasant to see. The background has rather dark colors, so the text and Freek stay the main focus. The composition looks fine to me. The tree and the foliage have different textures, however I think the foliage need to be a bit darker and leave some spaces to let the sunlight enter for a better mood and a more interesting situation. The text transparency is maybe a bit too much opaque in my opinion, so the text becomes the center of the picture. If Freek's fur was lighter, I think the watcher would be more focused on your character. Talking about lighting, it should be more obvious. Some parts of the drawing have a confusing lighting but overall the picture has a great shading.

This is an old piece so I understand the anatomy has some flaws like the back legs. But even if this is old, I like how this piece looks and its mood. I'd like to see more MS Paint artworks from you, you know how to use this program well. You have a great drawing style, a special but beautiful handwriting and a good understanding of anatomy and composition. Keep up the good work!
